Here are the books that made it onto my wish list this week (not as many as usual!):

The Broken Thread by Linda SmithGhost Hunters by Deborah Blum

PopinFresh at Popin’s Lair mentioned The Broken Thread by Linda Smith in her Friday Finds post last week. It sounds really good!

Eva at A Striped Armchair concludes her review of Ghost Hunters: William James and the Search for Scientific Proof of Life After Death by Deborah Blum by saying: “Compassionate, intelligent, fascinating…Ghost Hunters is easily going to be on my top ten list this year. And considering it’s the 180th book I’ve read, that’s saying something.” At the risk of repeating myself, this one sounds really good too!

  4. The Ghost Hunters looks really good. They used to have something like that on TV and it always spooked me out but I could never turn it off.

  5. Both books seem interesting. I, too, read Eva's review of Ghost Hunters. Blum seems like a great writer, but the story of The Broken Thread sounds really intriguing! It goes definitely on my reading list!
