More similar covers...

OK, and while I’m at it with the similar covers, here’s another pair: Somebody Else’s Daughter by Elizabeth Brundage and The Rest of Her Life by Laura Moriarty. No only are they both the back of a woman’s head, but the red at the bottom makes them look even more similar!

  4. Serena, I guess they are similar in a more generic kind of way. I certainly thought of Elizabeth Brundage's book as soon as I saw the other cover.

Watch out, Luanne, it can become quite an obsession!

Ramya, I think they were both published this year. Yup, EB's book came out last July and LM's came out last June!

  5. *The 19th Wife* also has the back of a woman's head ...

  6. Dawn, so does Cold Rock River... Seems to be a popular cover design!

  7. I loved Somebody Else's Daughter! I haven't read The Rest of Her Life but did really enjoy The Center of Everything by Moriarty.

  8. Well, I'm going to be closely looking at the covers of my books now...I can understand how this could become addictive.

  9. Shana, yeah, I really want to read Somebody Else's Daughter... I've also read The Center of Everything by Moriarty, but I don't remember it very well.

Myckyee, it certainly is addictive! Alea at Pop Culture Junkie is the queen of spotting lookalikes (usually using the exact same image rather than similar ones). Check out her series here.

  10. Shoot, that second link to Alea's site isn't the right one. Here's the link to the whole series.
