Friday Finds (December 19)

What great books have you discovered this week? Share your Friday Finds at Should Be Reading.

I requested an ARC of The School of Essential Ingredients by Erica Bauermeister, but unfortunately they had run out. And now Carrie at Books and Movies has written a glowing review of the book, so onto the wish list it goes...

For the second week in a row I’m featuring a book reviewed by Tara at Books and Cooks. This week it’s Revenge by Irish author Mary Stanley. (Unfortunately, Stanley’s books are hard to come by in both the U.S. and Canada.)

Yeah, me too, Kathy. Did you manage to snag a copy?

Bonnie, sorry to hear you're in the same boat as I am! Maybe somebody will have a giveaway...

  7. I have added Revenge to my TBR's. I am thinking about doing something Irish for my themed reading challenge because (I am mostly Irish) and I have been coming across a lot of good books lately that are either by an Irish author or set in Ireland!

  8. I have *The School of Essential Ingredients* in my TBR. I'm looking forward to reading it over my "Christmas break" (ha ha! I have my 4 kids home with me for those two weeks! We'll see how much quiet reading time I get!)
